ÉTAPE 1 :

Veuillez vérifier que :

A) Votre lave-vaisselle optimisé pour le WiFi est correctement installé et allumé.
B) Le routeur Internet de votre domicile est allumé et votre connexion Internet est active.
C) Votre appareil mobile est connecté/branché sur votre WiFi à domicile.

ÉTAPE 2 :

Téléchargez l’application Jenn-Air® sur votre appareil et créez un compte. Une fois votre compte créé, rendez-vous sur la page d’accueil et cliquez Ajouter un électroménager.

*Si vous avez déjà l’application et d’autres électroménagers connectés Jenn-Air®, cliquez sur l’icône Paramètres, allez sur Paramètres du compte, puis Ajouter un électroménager.

ÉTAPE 3 :

Balayez le code SAID sur votre lave-vaisselle.

ÉTAPE 4 :

Entrez le mot de passe du WiFi de votre domicile afin de connecter votre lave-vaisselle à votre WiFi.

Cette méthode de connexion peut ne pas être compatible avec tous les routeurs WiFi. Si cette méthode de connexion échoue, suivez les étapes dans l’application afin d’effectuer la mise en place du WPS (WiFi protected set-up).

Si vous avez des questions ou des problèmes concernant la connexion de votre nouveau lave-vaisselle Jenn-Air®, veuillez communiquer avec nous au 1 800 JENN-AIR (536-6247).

Veuillez vérifier que :

A) Un routeur Internet optimisé pour le WPS (WiFi protected set-up) est requis. Le routeur Internet doit être allumé et votre connexion Internet doit être active.
B) Le code SAID (Smart Appliance Identification Number) de votre réfrigérateur. Il est situé sur un autocollant sur le devant de la couverture de la charnière droite du réfrigérateur.

Téléchargez ou mettez à jour l’application Jenn-Air® :

1) Connectez votre réfrigérateur à votre téléphone intelligent et suivez les instructions de l’application.
2) Le réfrigérateur connecté Jenn-Air® vous permet de contrôler la température à distance, surveiller le cycle de vie de votre filtre à eau et vous avertit si la porte est restée ouverte. Maintenant vous pouvez contrôler votre cuisine depuis le bout des doigts.

Étape 1 :

Installez l’application sur votre appareil mobile, lancez-la puis créez un nouveau compte. Entrez vos coordonnées en suivant les instructions à l’écran. Pour terminer le processus, veuillez vérifier votre adresse de courriel.

Étape 2 :

Ajoutez votre électroménager. Pour cela, vous aurez besoin du code SAID de votre réfrigérateur. Vous trouverez ce code en haut de la charnière droite de la porte. Rendez-vous sur l’application de votre appareil mobile et saisissez le code SAID.

Étape 3 :

Après avoir entré le code SAID, vous recevrez une notification sur l’application pour connecter votre réfrigérateur au système WiFi de votre domicile. Il s’agit d’un processus en deux étapes. Premièrement, appuyez sur le bouton WPS de votre routeur sans fil. Ensuite, appuyez sur le bouton « Connect » qui se trouve à l’intérieur de la porte de votre réfrigérateur.

Étape 4 :

Une fois le réfrigérateur connecté, appuyez sur le bouton « Terminer » dans l’application puis nommez votre appareil lorsque l’application vous le demande. Appuyez sur « Sauvegarder » et vous avez terminé.

Veuillez vérifier que :

A) Votre électroménager est un appareil 802.11g et que votre réseau sans fil est compatible.
B) Votre électroménager à connexion WiFi est correctement installé et allumé.
C) Votre routeur internet est allumé et votre connexion Internet est active.

Étape 1 :

Téléchargez ou mettez à jour l’application Jenn-Air® :

1) Connectez-vous à votre four à partir de votre téléphone intelligent puis suivez les instructions de l’application.
2) L’application Jenn-Air® vous permet désormais de contrôler votre four à distance .
3) Si pour une raison quelconque vous avez des difficultés avec votre four, notre nouvelle fonction de diagnostic peut déterminer le problème, suggérer la pièce requise et potentiellement le réparer à distance. Le nec plus ultra de la commodité.
